How to Prepare
Hydration is key!
Drink A LOT of water the day before and the day of your appointment to help reduce any chance of sensitivity.
Please do not brush too hard or floss at least one hour before your appointment.
After your service, you'll only be able to drink water for ONE HOUR, (as long as you do the Stain Shield) so be sure to have a snack and your coffee beforehand.
Our whitening gels are all-natural with no added chemicals or flavors, so sensitivity is rare but still a possibility. Staying hydrated will help! If you do experience sensitivity, this is normal and can be treated by an over-the-counter pain reliever.
